  • Already filed any suit, claim, dispute, petition, appeal, or legal proceedings related to the said property, OR
  • Obtained any decree, award, or legal order concerning the said property, OR
  • Intend to file any such claim or legal proceeding in the future,

to submit all their objections and claims in writing along with supporting documentary proofs to the undersigned within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Failing to do so, “my client” will presume that no adverse claims or objections exist concerning “the said property”, or if they do exist, they shall be deemed waived hereinafter. In such an event, “my client” shall proceed to complete the transaction of sale as agreed upon by both parties.
