Notice is hereby given that Mr./Mrs./Miss [Member's Name], an adult Indian resident of [Member's Address], a member of [Name of Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "the Said Member" and "the Said Society" respectively), holds Share Certificate No. [Certificate No.], dated [Date], in respect of Flat No. [Flat No.], situated at [Building Address] (hereinafter referred to as "the Original Share Certificate" and "the Said Flat" respectively), details of which are provided in the Schedule below.
The Said Member applied to the Said Society on [Application Date] for a Duplicate Share Certificate, claiming the Original Share Certificate was lost/misplaced in transit around [Loss Date] despite diligent search. The Said Member has submitted Police Complaint No. [Complaint No.], dated [Complaint Date], lodged at [Police Station], and assured the Society of no transactions (sale, transfer, mortgage, gift, exchange, or relinquishment) involving the Said Flat based on the Original Share Certificate.[1][2]
The undersigned, authorized by the Executive Committee of the Said Society, notifies the public at large and calls upon any person(s) with whom the Said Member has entered such transactions, or who hold possession, right, title, interest, or encumbrance in the Said Flat prejudicial to the Said Member's interests—including those with ongoing suits, claims, disputes, petitions, appeals, decrees, or orders, or intending to file any—to submit written objections with documentary proof to the undersigned within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this notice's publication. Failure to do so will lead the Said Society to presume no adverse claims exist, relieving it and its members, office bearers, agents, and servants from all liability regarding the Original Share Certificate, and proceed to issue the Duplicate Share Certificate as requested.
